Most people want to be in shape or at the very least be healthy. That said a good portion of people aren’t willing to take action. As evidenced by the obesity problem and myriad of health issues, unrelated to genetics that people face. Most of those health issues can be traced back to poor diet and lack of activity. you don’t have to be in the gym 5 days a week or run marathons. Simple steps that can make a difference right away are cut sugar out of your diet. Eat more fruits & vegetables, eat more quality protein, and move. Something as simple as 3 – 10 minute walks per day, specifically after you eat, can dramatically effect your health.
But I don’t have the time, I don’t cook, I can’t afford it, blah, blah, blah. Anything worth having demands sacrifice. 30 minutes a day of exercise broke down in 10 minute walks is too much, really. The internet has thousands of healthy recipes, you can make in 30 minutes or less of healthy meals. Cook some extra so you can eat it the next day.
If you don’t have an hour a day for you find a way to make it happen. Get up 30 minutes earlier, don’t sit down to watch the TV or scroll through your phone till your meals are made. Walk and scroll. Get creative. Isn’t time you did something for you!
